We provide several types including inside, ocean view, balcony and suite to suit your need.
What are not included in the price of the cruise package in general?
Gratuity fee, insurance and personal expenses are excluded.
What is the amount of gratuity fee?
It depends on the cabin category and number of days you’ll stay. You can refer to the fee table.
Should I buy travel insurance by myself before the trip?
Yes. You may buy travel insurance for protecting you against unfavourable happenings during the trip.
Can I cancel the booking after confirming the package?
As it’s a promotional offer, no cancellation or change of date is allowed.
How to choose the best location of the room?
It depends on your personal preference. If you’ll get seasick, it may be better to opt for lower level at the central position. Moreover, it may also be convenient to select the room which is closer to the dining venues.
What items are prohibited to bring on a cruise?
You should not bring alcohol, illegal drugs, flammable liquids or chemicals. For some of the cruise lines, one or two bottles of wines may be allowed.
Can I bring iron or small household appliances by myself?
It’s not allowed. If you bring curling iron and shavers, it should be acceptable.
How should I pack clothes for my trip?
You should dress comfortably by packing mainly casual clothes. You can prepare at least one set of formal dress for formal occasion.
What should I take note of the dress code in the main dining room?
In the main dining room, it’s recommended to have smart casual wear. In the buffet area, it’s fine to wear shorts and tank tops.
What should I check in detail during packing my baggage?
Please be reminded to bring your passport with 6-month validity, cash and credit card.
Should I arrange check-in through online or during onboarding?
We offer online check-in service by entering your name and reservation identity number. It’s required to complete it before onboarding.
During the first day of the trip, what should I bear in mind?
Please collect your cabin card and be reminded to keep it with you at all times.
What types of dining options can I select?
You can enjoy full meal of breakfast or dinner in the main dining room at fixed time. We also offer buffet lunch or dinner as casual dining without fixed time.
Is it necessary to reserve a table for dining?
If you select casual dining, no reservation is required and it’s served at any time. If you opt for reservation, you’ll sit with the same table and be served by the same waiter every night.
What are the activities suitable for kids?
Your kids will never be bored in the waterslide park, rock wall, electronic and sport games.
Is it free for all entertainments?
Yes. You can enjoy live music concert, karaoke, movies, production and comedy shows without any charge.
What amenities are provided at the suite in general?
It’s well equipped with free wi-fi, coffee machine, bath amenities and 24-hour concierge service.
What should not be allowed to do on a balcony cabin?
You should not smoke, play loud music and have node sunbathing because it would affect others.
If I get sick or hurt, how’s the support of medical treatment?
Our healthcare professionals provide medical care such as seasickness, sunburns and hurt. They can prescribe medication and perform minor surgeries.
